Monday Sweat by @fit.like.krys

Here's another quick workout you can do from the comfort of your living room between Zoom meetings! Fitness has been a huge part of our lives for as long as we can remember and our friend Krystal is a big part of that. She's always extremely motivating (like EXTREMELY) and has the best music in her classes. Here is Krystal's "Lifeguard Arms" workout from her Bikini Bootkamp fitness program. wing push

plank up/downs

seated jabs

tricep dips


push-up to shoulder tap


30 sec each

5-15 min workout


5 min (2 rounds)

10 min (4 rounds)

15 min (6 rounds)
